By using this UTAU voicebank, ("Software") you, ("User") are agreeing with the terms of service and privacy policy set forth by Megat Al Zhahir Daniel. ("Author") If the User finds themself disagreeing with the terms of service at any point, the User is required to stop using the Software immediately and destroy any copies that the User possess. In addition, NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR REFUND IS PROVIDED by the Author since it is a product without any associated costs. If the User find themselves buying the Software via any channels or merchants whatsoever, please report the channel or merchant to the Author using the channels provided on the Author's website. ANY LIABILITIES THAT ARE INCURRED TO THE USER WHILE USING THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED AND THE AUTHOR SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY LOSSES AND LIABILITIES INCURRED TO THE USER WHILE USING THE SOFTWARE.
The Software shall receive support and maintenance by the Author, but the Author bears no responsibility to maintain or support the Software outside of the scope and bounds of which the Author determines to be relevant and reasonable. In addition, the Author reserves the right to stop maintaining and supporting the Software or any versions of the Software at any time for any reasons whatsoever. This includes enabling access to downloads of the Software from the Author's website.
